Honeywell Scanner Trigger Not Working

Vdock Mode Fix

If the trigger on your scanner is not responding, check whether Vdock Mode is enabled. This setting disables the scan handle when the device is configured for a wireless vehicle dock.

To verify or disable Vdock Mode:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Honeywell Settings

  3. Tap VdockConfig

  4. Set it to Off

Ensuring this setting is disabled will allow the trigger to function correctly when not in a vehicle dock.
