Product Consignee Split Configuration

How box-per-pallet calculations work

Updated today

Product consignee configuration

  • Boxes per pallet — Total number of boxes on a fully loaded pallet (e.g. 78).

  • Pallet space % (when full) — Percentage that represents a full pallet. Typically 100%.

Split mode

When Split is on, the pallet is divided into bottom and top layers:

  • Ti — Number of boxes per layer

  • Bottom Hi — Number of layers on the bottom pallet

  • Top Hi — Number of layers on the top pallet

    Example — 78 boxes, Split on (Ti=6, Bottom Hi=6, Top Hi=7)

    • Bottom pallet: 6 × 6 = 36 boxes

    • Top pallet: 6 × 7 = 42 boxes

    • Total: 36 + 42 = 78 boxes ✓

When Split is off, use:

  • Unsplit Hi — Total number of layers on a single unsplit pallet ( Ti * Unsplit Hi)
