How To Delete Your Data & Account In FreshTrack Cloud (for Cloud and TimeClock users)

Open FreshTrack WebGateway in a web browser (e.g. https://customername.freshtrack.com.au/) and login to your account. Data and user accounts for apps like FieldOp 3 are managed from this website.

If you are unable to perform any of the below steps, you may not have been granted access by your organisation. Please contact your supervisor to disable or delete your account and associated data.

Employee info such as name and date of birth are often stored in WebGateway. FieldOp 3 only retains transactional data for 24 hours or until synced to WebGateway. All data entered from FieldOp 3 can be managed and deleted from WebGateway. Please see your organisation's IT or management team for more info on their data retention period.

Disable/delete employee record

Navigate to Human Resources > Employees. Check if you have an employee record. You can search using the first textbox and click the Search button to the right.

If you want to disable login based on an employee record, you can click on the employee's firstname, then set the status to Ex-Employee on the edit page that opens, and save.

If you want to delete an employee record, tick the tickbox next to the employee in the Employees page, select the action: "Delete selected Employees" and click the Go button next to it.

You will be prompted to confirm the deletion and shown a list of related data that will be deleted. Click: "Yes, I'm sure" at the bottom.

Disable/delete user account

Navigate to Users > Users. Search for your user account.

To disable login for a user account, click on the username, untick: "Active" in the edit page that opens, and save.

To delete a user account and associated data, tick the tickbox next to the user in the Users page, select the action: "Delete selected users" and click the Go button next to it.

You will prompted to confirm the deletion, and can view a list of your data that will be deleted. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click: "Yes, I'm sure".

Your account and data is now deleted and you will no longer be able to login to WebGateway or related apps such as FieldOp 3.
