FreshTrack Support is available for its two core products (and its plugins and accessories)

Please see below for the best way to reach the support team for your product.

Gateway (Including Web Gateway)

You can access support for Gateway and Web Gateway using one of the two following methods.

Email

For email, just send a email to helpdesk @ freshtrack .com .au and your support request will be automatically logged into the Gateway Helpdesk. You will receive a automated email confirmation once our client portal has processed your email.

Web Portal

If you have been issued a FreshTrack Client Portal username and password, then you are ready to log your tickets in our Client portal and also get full visibility to all your existing tickets for you Gateway or Web Gateway product.

Step 1. Open the Helpdesk Portal: https://helpdesk.freshtrack.com


โ€‹Note: The website address helpdesk.freshtrack.com will redirect you to our new client portal: https://portal.freshtrack.com/helpdesk

Step 2. Click LOGIN and login with your username and password.

Step 3. Once logged in, you will arrive at the client dashboard.

Click the [Create New Gateway Helpdesk Ticket]

Step 4. Fill in the Ticket Details and click Submit Ticket

Done: Your ticket is logged.

FreshTrack Cloud

FreshTrack Cloud support is provided through our dedicated FreshTrack Messenger located directly within your companies FreshTrack Cloud portal.

Step 1. Open your FreshTrack Cloud Portal and Login

Step 2. Open FreshTrack Messenger

To get support, open the FreshTrack Messenger via clicking the Green Question mark in the bottom right corner

Step 3. Click Start a Conversation

Once the new conversation window opens, follow the prompts to reach a member of the FreshTrack Cloud Support Team via the FreshTrack Messenger.

If you are unable to log into your FreshTrack Messenger, not to worry, just start a conversation right here by opening the FreshTrack Messenger via the Green Question Mark in the bottom left corner.

Follow the prompts and a FreshTrack Cloud Support Team member will get back to you shortly.
