We know that you are not always at your computer, most of the time you are
working hard in the field, on the packing floor or other areas of your business.
Sometimes, it is easier to explain with a picture or video.
So how can you access the FreshTrack Messenger when not at your computer and how can you easily send a picture or video to the support team?
Easy, you can access the FreshTrack Messenger on your phone, so you take a picture or record a video. To access FreshTrack Messenger via your phone, just follow these steps.
Step 1. Open the FreshTrack Cloud Website on your phone.
Using the web browser on your phone, go to your dedicated FreshTrack Cloud Portal.
The website address should look like this: https://companyname.freshtrack.com
Step 2. Log into the Portal

To ensure you get the right message, we strongly recommend that you use your own FreshTrack Cloud username and password. This will ensure that message sent to you, actually get to you. When you share accounts, the message is marked as read by the first person to read it, so this could cause you to miss important messages.

To use this feature, just tick the box.
Step 3. Open the FreshTrack Messenger
You can open the FreshTrack Messenger by clicking on the Green Question Mark in the bottom left corner.
Step 4. Open the Messages Tab
Step 5. Find the conversation and write a message
Remember, newest messages are always at the top or if the subject is different, click Start a New Conversation
Step 6. Take a picture or record a video
So the FreshTrack Cloud support team can help you better, click on the Paper Clip Icon to take a picture, record a video or upload a existing picture.
The options available images (pictured below) will appear different, depending on the type of device operating system (Android or iOS)
Step 7. Send the message
Once you have either written the message or taken the picture/video, make sure you send it.
